After numerous attempts to hold a wave comp the conditions never materialised. Either too much or too little wind. Some good sailing was had on the 31st Dec with some good down the line wave riding but the wind was too light for jumping. It was also far too crowded with surfers right to the north of the main slip!!
The plan is now to have a wave comp at the first windy weekend day in March. Watch this space for further details.
