Here's the 2012 calender of events. You'll see that there's lots of racing planned but in addition we've added some social events, as well as Jersey and Herm trips and a couple of wave events in the autumn.

The up and coming key date is the 5th May when we're doing our Open Day and you're help would be greatly appreciated. This year in addition to the normal free lessons etc we'll be doing a dawn till dusk windsurf to raise money for charity - if you want to take part let Richard Klein know and we'll book you a slot. I'm trying to get a tandem there in time for the event - having a few logistical problems but should have it sorted in time. So book in the events in the diary in advance and let's hope we have a great year!!

And whilst on the subject of calenders and getting people involved in the sport here's a note from Richard at the sailing trust about the T15 kids initiative 

Team 15

The Guernsey Sailing Trust is dedicated to getting children on the water whether it’s sailing or windsurfing.  Team 15 is a nationwide network of windsurfing clubs where young people aged 15 and under can get together every week to learn new windsurfing skills and have a laugh with their mates on the water. Team15 clubs welcome all levels of windsurfer.

The club will be running every Thursday during term time from 1600 - 1800 starting 3rd May until July 19^th. During the summer holidays T15 will run on Friday mornings (Fri 27^th July – 31^st Aug) from 0900 – 1200 so we will take full advantage of the beautiful summer we are going to have!

At just £5 per session it’s a fantastic way to get on the water and have fun.
